The Breath Solution Guide

My Breath Solution Guide contains my complete explanation of the main source of this problem and the exact daily routine I developed to address that source.

What the Guide Explains

The guide explains how I properly clean the area at the back of the nasal passage and high behind the soft palate, why simply cleaning that area is not enough, and the factors I believe allow material to remain trapped and become stagnant.

It also explains the facial and jaw exercise I developed to help open that area so material is less likely to remain trapped again, as well as how the routine changes as the problem comes under control.

The Daily Routine

The routine is normally done three times a day for approximately 5 to 10 minutes each time. As the problem comes under control, the routine gradually becomes less frequent.

Additional Items

The method uses two inexpensive, generic items that are purchased separately and are locally available in most places. One is normally a one-time purchase of around $5, and the other costs approximately $8 per month.

Why Isn't My Guide Free?

I wish I could give my guide away for free. It costs me right around $80 in advertising to reach one person with this exact symptom pattern. Charging for the guide simply allows me to continue helping more people.

Special Introductory Offer

Before making my guide widely available, I'd like to receive honest feedback from people whose symptoms closely match my own. Their feedback will help me improve the guide where necessary and, with their permission, allow me to begin building a collection of genuine testimonials for this website.

I'm currently looking for a small number of carefully selected people to participate.

If selected, you'll receive the Breath Solution Guide at no cost.

In return, I'll ask for two rounds of honest feedback.

The first will be after you've read the guide, so I can learn whether it was easy to understand, whether it answered your questions, and whether the explanation and methods made sense to you.

The second will be after you've followed the routine for approximately one week, so you can share your experience with the method itself, whether the instructions were easy to follow, how the guide is working out for you, and whether there are any parts of the guide that you think could be improved.

If you're comfortable doing so, I'll also ask for your permission to publish portions of your feedback on this website to help future visitors make a more informed decision. Your name will never be published without your permission.

If you'd like to be considered, please visit the Contact Anthony page and describe:

  • your symptoms,
  • how long you've had the problem,
  • what you've already tried,
  • and anything else you think would help me understand your situation.

I'll personally review every message and select the people whose symptoms most closely match my own.
